Delivery Policy

Upon receipt of your order, we will send an order confirmation email. If you have already paid you will receive 2 separate emails. The first email will contain your invoice and the second email will contain a download link for your products, as well as the licence keys you’ve purchased. The product delivery is done by email. Order confirmation is immediate.
Invoices are dispatch within 10 min of your payment.
Fulfillment of your order and allocation of the products will be done within 6 hours of your payment.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Many people still find it a bit scary to order online and we completely understand that! That is why we are doing our best to provide the safest service. All online card payments are made via an external party. We use Skrill, Giropay and iDEAL as our payment service providers, which encrypt all card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. All the personal data that we do gather ourselves is also fully encrypted on our servers.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Yes. After you have made an order you will instantly receive the invoice.

Refund Policy

Product Download

Our products are currently delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty four (24) hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.

This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.

Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.

Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.

If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.

Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
